Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

We want your order experience to seamless and reliable. We offer free shipping on all orders and process them within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times are typically estimated at approximately 3-5 business days within the 48 contiguous United States.

Delivery dates may be delayed by carriers or due to destination, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. Mosobam is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe items are missing from your order, please contact us promptly at support@mosobam.com

Returns:

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact support@mosobam.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with return instructions. Returned items that do not meet our return conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including: Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery, Items not returned in their original condition or packaging, Final sale or clearance items, if marked as non-returnable.
