SHIPPING WITHIN US
We offer free delivery within the United States without any minimum order threshold. Online orders placed before 2:00 pm EST are processed and fulfilled the same day.
If the order is received after 2:00 pm EST, it may still be processed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will ship on the following day. You will receive a tracking number over email, once the order ships.
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. International delivery times are typically 10-15 business days and will depend on various factors. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air / ground transportation strikes or delays. We are also not liable for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package departs from the United States.
PAYMENT INFORMATION & RETURN POLICY
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay are also available for express checkout.
If you are in the United States, you may return unused & undamaged products within 14 days of the order's receiving date. After your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our quality assurance standards. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund. Please note that refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer.
All international orders are final, and we don't accept any returns or exchanges outside the United States.
